Did you know that NYS DSP workforce is primarily made up of Black and African American professionals? According to the latest National Core Indicators Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (NCI-IDD) Staff Stability Survey, this accounts for 41.3% of the workforce! We want to take a moment to amplify the spotlight on the diverse workforce.
