The Foundation for Community Association Research recently released a new report, Built to Last: Strategies for Extending the Economic Life of Community Associations, focused on the long-term health and sustainability of HOA, condominium and housing cooperative communities.


The report looks at challenges communities are facing today, from aging infrastructure to rising costs. We’re especially excited about this release because our CEO, Dave Rauch, was part of the team that wrote the report.
