RE:LENT - Holy Week: Palm Sunday
Happy Palm Sunday!
Palm Sunday is the day where we celebrate Jesus’ triumphant entry into the city of Jerusalem to start what will become the most significant week in all of Christianity. Our worship theme during this season is RE:LENT. The Biblical prophet Joel preached about the God who relents. Prophet Joel wrote, “God is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, abounding in steadfast love, and relenting from punishment.” On this Palm Sunday we celebrate the ways in which God’s relenting love inspires us to rejoice. Come, let us rejoice for this is the day that the Lord has made. Come, let us rejoice because Christ is entering our journey the same way Christ entered into Jerusalem. Come, let us rejoice in the Holy Spirit by crying Hosanna, Hosanna (which means Lord save us).

Our Good Samaritan account helps provide for our neighbors in need.
We utilize these funds for gas cards,
food cards, bus passes,
emergency hotel stays and more.
Offerings towards Good Samaritan
can be made in person in the designated offering plate or online.
