B&D's Al Grazioli will take the stage as moderator of “Workforce Housing as Essential Infrastructure: Building Sustainable Communities & Economies,” at the California Housing & Community Development Conference in Los Angeles. Scheduled for Monday, Dec. 8 at 2pm PST, the session will bring together leaders from across the state to examine why housing for middle-income workers is foundational to economic stability, municipal resilience, and the health of schools and essential services.
