Our Hague Reaccreditation starts next week!

After preparing for almost a year, our reaccreditation audit with IAAME, our accrediting entity, will be August 10th, 11th and 12th! Although originally scheduled as an in person visit, due to COVID, it has been changed to a “virtual desk review”. IAAME will be interviewing MAA staff and families, foreign and domestic partners, reviewing policies and procedures and auditing family and staff files.

As this will take up the majority of our time this week and next week, we ask that you allow us a little more response time.

After the completion of the audit on Wednesday, MAA will be closed on August 13th and 14th to give our hardworking and dedicated staff a chance to relax and enjoy our own families so we can come back refreshed to serve yours!
Please let us know if you have any questions. You can find out more about IAAME and the Hague renewal process here.

Thanks for your patience and understanding and please wish us luck!
Brittany’s Hope’s annual Walk of Love has transformed to the Brittany’s Hope Social Distance 5K!

This fundraiser adheres to all CDC social distancing and safety guidelines while providing the chance to still raise funds to support humanitarian initiatives and special needs adoption grants.

The race will have a time-trial type set up which allows runners to start individually or in small groups of associated participants (family members or participants that live together) during designated times between 7:30 AM-10:30 AM.

To prioritize health and safety, there will be no games, activities, petting zoo, lunch, or fun walk this year. But they encourage you to participate in their ‘virtual fun walk’.

Whether walking 1 or 2 miles, Brittany's Hope encourage your family to get out and walk, run, or bike together the weekend of September 19th! Complete the ‘walk’ anytime between Friday to Sunday, submit your time, activity, and picture via a link, and you are making a difference! You will have the chance to receive a t-shirt once your time and photo is submitted. However near or far you are, join the Brittany's Hope Virtual Fun Walk and help celebrate adoption and uplift the voices of millions of orphans.
If you are not in a position to adopt right now, but still feel compelled to help, please know that you can always make a donation directly to Madison Adoption Associates. Your generous gift will be directed where it is needed most, whether that be to provide food and medical services to vulnerable children both domestically and internationally, to support MAA’s growing therapeutic support services for adoptive and foster families, to help ease the financial burden for adoptive families, and/or many other areas where MAA serves deserving children. So please – consider making a tax-deductible donation today, so that children around the world may have a chance for a brighter tomorrow.
