VANCOUVER, BC, November 27, 2023 — Beloved locavore-focused Forage Restaurant is catering to guests looking to gather ’round the table with friends, family and loved ones this holiday season by offering a festive Christmas Day three-course feast at the West End dining destination on Monday, December 25.
Available as a take-out option for $55 plus tax and dine-in for $75 plus tax and gratuity, the set menu features a Baby Kale and Arugula Salad as a starter, JD Farms Specialty Turkey with Traditional Trimmings and Smoked Boneless Fraser Valley Pork Rack as an entrée and a dessert course of Sticky Toffee Pudding.
For larger groups of friends or families, the restaurant is also featuring a whole JD Farms Specialty Turkey with all the Trimmings that serves nine adults for $395 plus tax and gratuity, with limited pick-up options also available that evening.
Seatings and pick-up times for the Christmas Day Dinner service are available at 4 p.m., 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. Dine-in guests also have a choice of adding optional starters such as Fresh BC Oysters with kelp mignonette, fresh horseradish and remix hot sauce and Bison Carpaccio with pickled rhubarb, pesto aioli, sous vide egg yolk, sourdough crisps and Alpindon cheese.
