Office Hours Update

The NEXUS Association of REALTORS® Cherry Hill physical office will close at 12:30 pm on Friday, July 22nd, but we will be available by phone during normal summer business hours.

Both the Toms River and Cherry Hill offices will be closed Tuesday, July 26th for staff training.

New Foreclosure Program Changes Who Gets First Shot at Auction

The "Community Wealth Preservation Program" will allow homeowners or their relatives first shot to buy back their home should they go into foreclosure.

Nonprofit organizations would get the second chance at purchasing the property. Read more about it here.

The program passed the New Jersey Senate and is waiting for Governor Murphy's signature.

Save $25 by Paying Membership Dues Before September 15th

NEXUS local dues invoices for Primary REALTOR® members were emailed last week. This invoice is for NEXUS local Primary members only and not Secondary or Affiliate members.

Paper invoices were not sent. Please be sure to check all your email folders to find your invoice. You will save $25 if your dues are paid by September 15th. You may pay dues online here.

Last year, Bordentown Township purchased a 72-acre property along the Delaware River previously slated for high density housing. Now, the Township intends to convert the land into a new waterfront park.

Township officials will be presenting the initial concept plan for the Waterfront Park and soliciting feedback from the public on the draft plan.
