REBA Condominium, Construction, Litigation and Residential Conveyancing Sections Two-Part Webinar on June 17th and June 24th

Construction Law in the Condominium Context

Please join REBA’s Condominium Law, Construction Law, Litigation, and Residential Conveyancing Sections for a two-part webinar program, scheduled for 12 noon on Wednesday, June 17th and Wednesday, June 24th.

This two-part program will feature four presenters representing four different practice areas, including Kate Moran Carter, a partner at Dain Torpy, PC and co-chair of the Litigation Section; Noel Di Carlo, a partner at Warshaw, Di Carlo & Poncia, PC and co-chair of the Residential Conveyancing Section; Chris Donnelly, a partner at Schofield Donnelly LLC and co-chair of the Condominium Law Section; and Ryan Forgione, an associate at Conn Kavanaugh LLP and member of the Construction Law Section.

This program will explore condominium construction projects from four perspectives – developer, general contractor, condominium association, and unit buyer – highlighting how legal, insurance, governance, and litigation issues intersect throughout a project’s lifecycle. Using practical examples and real-world risk scenarios, the program will examine topics such as project structuring, warranty disputes, transition issues, defect claims, insurance coverage, and buyer remedies.
