Common Evidentiary Issues in Trying Real Estate Disputes

Please join REBA’s Litigation Section for a webinar at 12 noon on Tuesday, June 23rd. Gwen Nolan King, a partner at Nolan & King LLC, and Michael J. McDermott, a shareholder and director at Dain, Torpy, Le Ray, Wiest & Garner, PC, will join Litigation Section Co-Chair Matthew S. Furman, a partner at Todd & Weld LLP, to discuss recurring evidentiary hurdles, as well as provide guidance and practical advice.

Topics covered will include the admission of satellite imagery under recent Land Court case law, as well as traps for the unwary on local bylaws and ordinances. The panel will also address how to admit a variety of historic documents and statements of the deceased, under G.L. c. 233, § 65.
