While dozens of REC crews have been providing assistance in North Carolina and Georgia in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, at home in Virginia, employees from across REC have been gathering hundreds of much-needed items, including food and toiletries, to assist disaster relief efforts.
"This effort truly highlights our cooperative spirit of concern for the community, reminding us that when we come together, we can overcome even the greatest challenges," said Casey Hollins, Managing Director – Communications & Public Relations.
