Highlights of our conversation with Andy Eichberg

"Double down on integrity and character in tough times"

CREBA members gathered yesterday for a Breakfast of Champions to learn about the life and career of former CREBA President and Brendan McCarthy Memorial Award winner, Andy Eichberg, Managing Director at Stream Realty Partners. Andy was interviewed by CBRE's Asher Inman. The two met when Asher was paired with Andy through CREBA's mentor program.

Andy started in brokerage in the mid-1990s when the industry was struggling. Attendees learned that the lessons he discovered back then are relevant to today's market. He shared that diversifying, always being prepared and building relationships led to future success when the market bounced back. Having played sports through college, Andy found strength within a team and carried this philosophy through his career in commercial real estate. The relationships he built on teams, and across the table, have been critical to his success. He encouraged young brokers to get involved in groups like CREBA and in giving back to the community. Not only will that work be incredibly fulfilling, but you never know where you might get business!

Wreaths Across America!!
