The College and Council are committed to working with government and other stakeholders as the COVID-19 situation unfolds. As a follow up to yesterday’s email, we can tell you that:
- We were in touch with the Minister’s office and other government officials yesterday. They asked us to continue to share your concerns as RECEs. We will continue to do so.
- You have an opportunity to share your concerns with government too. A great way to do that is through your professional advocacy association, AECEO. They regularly post letters to government and create petitions to help influence change in the profession, including this one in response to current issues affecting the child care sector.
