To our valued partners:
First and foremost, I hope you’re staying healthy as we continue to navigate our way through this unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic. Our lives and business practices are centered around safety as circumstances evolve.
The Regal Restoration team is continuously monitoring the situation, strictly adhering to government mandates and implementing strict protocols that keep all active job sites running safely and efficiently.
As many variables are in play, we are committed to transparent communication with all our associates. It’s my priority to keep you abreast of the measures we’re taking to protect your communities, employees, tenants and clients as we work through these uncharted times.
Our team is laser-focused on the health and well-being of everyone with whom we do business. Here are some of the procedures we have in place to ensure seamless operation across all job sites:
WORK SITE PROTOCOL
·
Signage will be placed at each work site alerting all workers of proper hygiene practices.
·
Reminders of social distancing guidelines and discouraging of socializing and multiple gatherings will be given during daily team meetings.
·
Masks are mandatory.
·
Visitors to the worksite will be strictly limited to essential personnel, and in a reduced capacity, to allow for 6 feet of space between people.
WORK SITE CLEANLINESS
·
All work areas, tools and equipment will be properly maintained and cleaned frequently, per CDC guidelines.
·
Hand sanitizer, as available, will be placed at the entrance of each work site.
·
Workers will be reminded to keep all areas free of debris and wiped down throughout the day.
WORK SITE COMMUNICATION
·
Project Leaders will communicate with clients through email, telephone, and/or video conferencing, until further notice. In-person meetings are strongly discouraged for everyone’s health and safety. If an in-person meeting is deemed necessary by upper management, social distancing guidelines will be enforced.
WORK SITE ILLNESSES
·
Proper signage will be placed at each work site stating that no one with an illness will be granted access.
·
Team members exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 will not report to work and subsequently receive appropriate testing prior to mandatory quarantine.
·
Any signs of other illnesses will be reported to upper management for evaluation.
