CURRENT REGAL PROJECT
We are excited to share our involvement in a large-scale commercial construction project located in Hoboken, New Jersey, which commenced August 2019 and is scheduled to be completed in July 2020. The broad scope of the project is to remove an existing 4-story structure in order to make a larger addition to the current school, which will be connected by a newly constructed bridge. The following is a comprehensive list of work that will be completed during the year long project:

·
Modify the front entrance previously used as a fire exit;
·
Install ADA lift;
·
Install window film on two adjacent buildings for safety;
·

·
Install shoring to reinforce the preserved area from collapsing, or cracking;
·
Saw cut from first floor to roof, to separate historical façade;
·
