We will all take the business assessment together.

In order to equip your business with the programming you need to improve, take this business assessment (15 minutes). Areas like financials, sales, marketing, leadership and operations will all be factored into your business health.

In 2026, BOW will provide content to meet your business maturity level. Whether you are an early business or a BOW with a more mature business looking to exit, we will work with you to grow in these critical areas.

RECAP: Conference Announcements and Highlights

Conference Registration ENDS DECEMBER 31st.

We are on track to present you with the greatest conference ever! In the past, registrations were accepted up to 30 days before the conference and occasionally on site. However, this year the deadline is December 31st to ensure we deliver the quality and organization you have come to expect. Registration opened in June, with payment plan options so everyone could participate. As this is the only annual in-person conference tied to your membership, we strongly encourage you to join us to maintain your active membership and help our community grow stronger in 2026.

Your Business Health is BOW's Priority

Starting in 2026, BOW will focus on the essentials, giving you tools to assess your business's strength and overall health. The Annual Conference will offer sessions to help you understand where your business is in its maturity cycle. A health assessment link will guide you in identifying growth priorities, and BOW will provide tailored programming to fit your needs. Content will cover each stage of BOW's business maturity and health.

Partnerships and Conference Program

BOW is marking 5 years of incredible achievements! While many doubted it was possible, we continue to reach new heights. Partners and speakers like Cisco, Tory Burch Foundation, Burrell Communications, National Association of Investment Companies, Prudential, Bank of America, Holland & Knight, LVMH, and more will be joining us to share insights and celebrate. Longtime supporters such as Industrial Bank, Cushman & Wakefield, and Paramount have been with us every step of the way. We've got some exciting panel drafts lined up!

Think back to life as a Black woman business owner before BOW—it's hard to imagine attending a business conference without the sisterhood and support we now enjoy. We warmly invite you to join us for our 5th Annual Conference—your presence will be a gift to both new members and those with whom you've built lasting bonds. It promises to be a historic celebration showcasing the strength of Black women in business uplifting one another.

Happy Holidays, and see you in Texas,

Nic
