Sponsors/Exhibitors: You will receive instructions in September on how to register your employees. If you have questions, email exhibits@shpe.org.
Bulk Registration: This is an option for SHPE chapters that are paying for 5 or more registration fees with a university/college check, money order, or credit card. There is no discount for bulk registrations. Please note that your submission may take up to 24 hours to process but as long as you submit your form by the end of Friday, October 6, we will honor the early bird price for your request. Final submission for the bulk registration form is due October 15 with final payments due by October 20 for all requests.

Once we process your request, your chapter will be able to register for the event using a single promotional code that must be distributed to your group upon receipt. The promotional code is sent to the requester once payment is received and processed by the Finance Department. This could take up to 24 hours.
