About this Webinar:
This webinar will guide you through the ins and outs of Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and Community Supports, and how to work with us to ensure a smooth referral and authorization process. ECM and Community Supports can play a big part in improving patient care. Please note this is a required training.
ECM is a whole-person, interdisciplinary approach to care that addresses the clinical and non-clinical needs of Medi-Cal members with the most complex medical and social needs.
Community Supports are community-based services and supports that are available through the Plan to address Medi-Cal members’ health-related social needs.
