Our special guest presenter Tony Frantal will open your eyes to fresh ideas in this critical aspect of your business and help you better understand the opportunities you have as contractors to utilize this important industry sector to your advantage.

TONY FRANTAL:

Tony Frantal began his career in the electrical industry as an apprentice in 1989. Frantal entered the distribution industry, starting as a truck driver for Graybar in Tallahassee, Florida in 1991. He progressed quickly through the company, gaining valuable experience in various operational positions, including warehouse, counter sales and customer service in his first three years.

Frantal received several promotions over the course of the next ten years, highlighted by positions in Sales Management in Chicago, IL in 2007, Branch Management in 2008 in Green Bay, WI and as a Commercial Market Manager position at Graybar’s corporate headquarters in St. Louis, MO in 2011.

During that time, Mr. Frantal was selected for and completed the Executive Education program from Rutgers University on Supply Chain Management. He went on to manage the corporate relationship with CommScope a global industry leader in wireless and technology infrastructure solutions. In 2014, Mr. Frantal accepted the role of National Market Manager for Graybar’s Construction vertical where he served until 2016. From 2016 to 2017 he managed the northern region of Wisconsin followed by an appointment to Director of Sales for the upper Midwest until 2022.

He and his wife, Susie, have 2 boys and reside in Appleton, WI. He enjoys time with family, golfing and fishing.
