Our keynote speaker for the event will be bestselling author, global public speaker, and award-winning documentary filmmaker Kevin Hines. In the year 2000, Kevin attempted to take his life by jumping off the Golden Gate Bridge. Today, Kevin dedicates his life to saving lives by spreading the message of hope, healing, and recovery. His presentation, “The Art of Wellness”, shares his 10-step evidence informed regimen to remain self-aware of his mental wellness. Kevin discusses the clinical studies that prove the importance of maintaining wellness for everyone – not just those with a diagnosed mental illness.
