G�nter Gressler, Keynote Speaker Vice President & General Manager, Industrial Adhesives & Tapes Division, 3M Mr. Gressler joined 3M in 1986, where he has held various positions with increasing responsibility in the international area throughout his career. For four and a half years, he was at the head of the German 3M Company. Since June of 2013, he now heads the most profitable division of the 3M Group in the U.S.
Mr. Gressler has been affiliated with various business, professional and civic organizations, including Board of Directors, AmCham Germany Chairman, Supervisory Board, 3M ESPE AG Chairman, Supervisory Board, Dyneon GmbH, Burgkirchen Advisory Committee of NRW Bank, D�sseldorf Curatorshiop "Organisationsforum Wirtschaftskongress" (OFW), and University Cologne.

Ms. Jacquemin has established and leads Siemens Energy Automation Microgrid business in North America. She identifies and drives opportunities for advanced energy management of distributed resources for large energy users such as commercial & industrial campuses, universities, federal military bases, communities, and more. She influences global R&D, marketing, strategy, and thought leadership in the Smart Grid division. Ms. Jacquemin joined Siemens through a global leadership development program where she spent two years working for Siemens Smart Grid headquarters in Nuremberg, Germany.

Ms. Tiefenbacher-Hudson is co-founder and Managing Director of TripleInk, a multilingual marketing communications agency established in Minneapolis in 1991. It provides services to companies who want to reach U.S. ethnic and international markets. Her responsibilities include general business management and development as well as strategic planning and direction of international and multicultural marketing communication projects.

Mr. Gruendig specializes in international taxation, mergers and cross-border acquisitions and has over 10 years of experience serving many of KPMG's multinational clients. After positions with KPMG's German Tax Center in New York (2001 -2003), KPMG Germany's National Tax Department in Frankfurt/Main (2003 - 2006) and KPMG's Munich international tax group (2006 - 2010), Mr. Gruendig returned to the U.S. in July 2011 to head up the German Tax Center in the U.S. A number of Mr. Gruendig's current clients are large German and U.S.-based multinationals.
Michael McCormick, Panelist
Partner, Dorsey & Whitney LLP Mr. McCormick is a partner in the Corporate Group of Dorsey & Whitney LLP and Co-Chair of the Licensing and Technology Commerce Practice Group. He advises clients on complex commercial contract matters, often with a strong intellectual property component - joint ventures, strategic alliances, intellectual property licenses, product development agreements, R&D transactions and similar complex agreements - and often in the international context. Mr. McCormick speaks fluent German and represents a number of German technology companies doing business in the U.S.

Principal, KPMG LLP Mr. Lawrence is currently the Global Leader for KPMG's International Tax practice and serves a number of FORTUNE 500 clients across diverse industries. His work spans transactions, representation before the IRS, and effective rate planning and encompasses corporate and indirect tax and transfer pricing. Mr. Lawrence is also currently serving as an adjunct professor at DePaul University's Graduate School of Business where he leads a class in U.S. international tax planning in the MST program.
