Alliance for HOPE International is an approved National provider of BRN credits for nurses (Provider #17052). Board of Registered Nursing credits are offered with this training for a fee of $50. Upon completion of this training, nurses will be able to:
- Increase understanding of the signs and symptoms of strangulation. Describe the signs and symptoms associated with non-fatal strangulation
- Increase understanding of internal injuries, delayed death and long-term consequences. List several complications and long term consequences from non-fatal strangulation injuries visible or not
- Improve their identification and documentation. Demonstrate comprehensive documentation on a non fatal strangulation case using a case example
- State several specific discharge considerations in patients who present with non-fatal strangulation
MCLE Credits (California attorneys only)
Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) credits are offered with this training for a fee of $50. Alliance for HOPE International is a California approved provider of MCLE credits for attorneys (Provider #15493). Professionals in states outside of California should check with their own state bar to determine whether these credits are approved in their jurisdiction.
CEU Credits- PENDING
Alliance for HOPE International is partnered with the Relationship Training Institute (RTI) to offer Continuing Education (CE) credits with this training for a fee of $50. RTI is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. RTI maintains responsibility for this program and its content. RTI has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP#6181. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified.
