Dear Parents,

Registration for eLearning Academy is now open for grades PreK-12 for the 2024-2025 school session! 

As a current eLearning Academy family, you may Log In to your guardian account and click “Enroll for next year,” which is the last selection on the left-hand side list. Prices and registration information are currently available for your review. We are happy to report no tuition increase for the upcoming school year!

Early Bird Registration is through February 29th.  The discounted registration fee for existing students is $150 ($200 after February). Registering early will also help you with your preferred days, times, and choice of your child's learning coach. To register your child, go to our website.

The following are options available for tuition reduction for grades K-12.

• ARETE, ACE, and LOUISIANA BELIEVES SCHOLARSHIPS - eLearning Academy is approved for three scholarship programs. Visit the scholarships page on our website for more information and links to apply.

• CHARTER SCHOOL PARTNERSHIP (Grades K-12) - Charter Schools USA and eLearning Academy have agreed to continue their partnership for the 2024-2025 school year. More information coming soon.

• ELEARNING FOUNDATION will continue to provide scholarships on a limited basis as funds allow and will continue to provide the WORK STUDY program for students in grades 9-12.

For those wanting to participate in the charter school partnership:

• We are trying simplify this process, as it was a bit confusing last year. This year, ALL students will register using the same process and pay the registration fee.
• During the registration process, you will have an option to select that you wish to participate in the charter school pod. We will then begin the process of helping you enroll with the charter pod. When accepted, you will be reimbursed your registration fee, and we will make adjustments in your account so that there is no tuition payment for the charter pod services.
• Charter pod information will soon be available for your review. We have not signed an agreement yet with the charter pod, but we expect the financial aspect and services to be the same as the 2023-24 school year. For example, if your child attends the same number of sessions in 2024-25 as they did in 2023-24, then there should be no tuition increase. Because we have not signed the agreement, we wait to publish the tuition figures, again with the expectation there will be no changes. For new students requesting the charter pod, our accounting office will explain the options based on the wishes of the parents or guardians.

If you refer a new onsite family at our Thibodaux or Houma location, $100 will be credited to your child's tuition. Please instruct the new family to indicate in the comments section that they were referred by you. It would be helpful if you sent us an email of those you are certain are expecting to register and enroll with eLearning Academy.
