for the Premiere Fraternity & Sorority Leadership Program

Nine five-day sessions are scheduled throughout May, June and July. Register early as sessions fill up fast! 
UIFI is the interfraternal leadership program that brings together undergraduate members of fraternities and sororities to explore and elevate their leadership in their chapters and communities.

WHO: The program is designed for every collegiate fraternity and sorority leader, both in and out of formal positions.

WHAT: At UIFI, you will:

  • Spend five days learning with and from fraternity men and sorority women from across North America. 
  • Explore the fraternity/sorority leader you want to be and where you can take your chapter, council or community. 
  • Define the challenges in your community and learn how to create change. 
  • Enhance your leadership skills, develop personal awareness, ignite commitment to your organization, and expect values-based action from yourself and those you lead.

WHEN: Nine five-day sessions are held throughout May, June and July. 

WHERE: Sessions are held at Indiana University in Bloomington, IN.

Registration Scholarships Available
  • More than 30 inter/national fraternities and sororities provide UIFI registration scholarships. 
  • The NIC gives scholarships to students from culturally-based and emerging NIC fraternities, as well as students with financial need. 
  • Many campus fraternity/sorority life offices, councils and chapters provide registration scholarships.
