The REIA Wholesaling Class and the Tacoma REIA Chapter Meeting on Seller Financing are now both open to Member and Non-Member registration! As a reminder we are meeting in larger meeting spaces for less people due to social distancing requirements so registration sooner rather than later is strongly recommended for all events!
Not ready for in-person events yet or want more? Content from in-person meetings will not be replicated online but we will continue offering webinars, articles and videos. Members can find Articles, Books, Videos & Worksheets in the Member Area of the website on the page of the same name.
Webinars for April have not yet been added to the calendar nor have details for our April 24th Commercial & Multi-Family Investing Class as everything scheduling related seems to move a bit slower in our current norm! We're part of the delay too as deals ramp up. :-) Check back in a few days for additions!
The REIA office will close at noon on Friday, April 2nd in observance of Good Friday. We will return on Monday and will return calls, texts and emails at that time. In other words, we'll be completely incommunicado for a few days.

Many REIA Events are open exclusively to REIA Members, or open initially to Members-only, many others are open to both Members and Non-Members, all with registration required at www.REIAwa.com. Please visit the calendar page/s linked below for registration and prepayment information. All meetings are in strict compliance with, or exceed, governmental COVID requirements. Both masks and strict social distancing are required, the latter of which limits seating. Early registrations are very strongly recommended!

Wholesaling, or Assignment of Contract, is a tool that real estate investors at all levels of education and experience often utilize in their businesses. Wholesalers don't typically pay exorbitant amounts of earnest money, obtain financing to close the deal or swing a hammer. A Wholesaler's job is to find, negotiate and contract deals and sell those contracts to, typically, flippers and landlords.

Fellow REIA Member George Pressley of Green Path Real Estate and Integrity First Mutual Mortgage joins us to provide education on Seller Financing. Every investor should know about this powerful technique. Seller financing can be applicable to both residential and commercial properties, be it "buy and hold", flips, land development or wholesale transactions.
