In this Reiki I Certification class, you will receive the first set of Reiki attunements that align your upper four chakras, allowing a greater flow of universal life force energy to easily pass from your crown through your hands to help heal on the physical, mental and emotional levels.

This class provides an introduction to Reiki including the history, techniques, and current applications. You will also be taught how to set energetic boundaries and how to clear yourself from energies that are not your own (a life saver for any empath!). This class combines lecture, discussion, and hands on practice.

Please bring a snack/small lunch to have during our brief afternoon break.



**Please be aware that the attunement process requires close contact between you and the Reiki Master and the blowing of breath from the Reiki Master into various energy centers along your body. Masks can be worn by students, but the Reiki Master cannot wear a mask during the attunement process.
