Members of the African-American Students of Performing Arts, comprised of musical theatre, music education and vocal performance majors, hosted the Black History Month Showcase to celebrate past and present African-American artists who inspired students to pursue their art form. The Showcase was well attended and wrapped up Black History Month on an exciting note.

Graduation Fair prepares seniors to don camp and gown
The Graduation Fair was set up in the Gordy Dining Center this past week to ensure seniors were prepared to walk across the graduation stage and receive their diploma. Director of vocation and career services, Karen Mathews, joined the fair to discuss post-graduation options, and professional studies & graduate admissions counselor, Stephanie Marchant, informed graduating seniors about Reinhardt's graduate degree programs.

"The Secret Garden" closes this Sunday with a matinee at 3 p.m. in the Black Box Performance Space at University Theater. Don't miss Reinhardt University theatre and musical theatre students, along with Dean Rusk Middle School student Noah Popp. The story encompasses feelings of love and loss, and director David Nisbet hopes patrons will leave the show with the story in their hearts.

Reinhardt University is spending the day in Cartersville on March 21 to bring information about earning a degree at Reinhardt to the residents of Bartow County/Cartersville and the region.
