We’re pleased to announce that as of July 15th, our REIT Offering is officially reopened and accepting new investments. Both accredited and non-accredited investors are eligible to participate, with a minimum investment of $10,012.

Your investment dollars directly support new farmers joining the Iroquois Valley portfolio. As we welcome new capital, we’re excited to spotlight two farmers in our pipeline who are poised for growth with the help of Iroquois Valley's support:

  • Brad Cessna (DeKalb County, IL) – A first-generation farmer transitioning over 600 acres to organic practices while still working an off-farm job. Brad’s goal is to farm full-time and is currently building a grain handling facility to expand his operation.

  • Mark Banwart (Woodford County, IL) – Rooted in a family farming legacy, Mark manages 500 acres, 195 of which are certified organic. He is scaling a row crop and hog-finishing operation with a strong focus on conservation and long-term responsible land stewardship.

By investing in REIT shares, your capital supports organic, regenerative farmland tenure — empowering farmers like Brad and Mark to build resilient operations rooted in land stewardship. To learn more about our REIT shares and the investment process, click the link below.

FARM SPOTLIGHT

PRAIRIE GRASS RANCH

Jody and Crystal Manuel are third-generation farmers and homesteaders in Havre, Montana. Together with their six children, they operate Prairie Grass Ranch, Gruff Grains heritage grits, and the legacy brand Cream of the West. The Manuels grow a diverse array of Regenerative Organic Certified heritage grains and legumes, supplying not only Gruff Grains and Cream of the West, but many wholesale partners such as Annie’s, Purely Elizabeth, and Patagonia Provisions.

Among the Manuel's many achievements, one of their most notable distinctions is operating the most Kernza®-producing acres in the United States. Kernza is a type of perennial wheat. But Kernza is only part of their ecological story: the Manuels’ holistic organic management approach reflects a deep commitment to land stewardship. Want to learn more?

CONNECTING FARMERS, COMMUNITIES, AND INVESTORS SINCE 2007

As a corporate guideline, we do not look for specific farmland to purchase or finance. We develop relationships with farmers who want to grow their businesses. We move forward when we have a ready, willing, and able farmer.
