ARLINGTON, Va. - The Arlington Chamber of Commerce held its third annual Arlington Restaurant Week from October 18-25. This event gave diners the opportunity to enjoy some of Arlington's diverse restaurant scene. Arlington Restaurant Week
is designed to help local restaurants gain exposure through extensive media promotion and to attract new patrons through experiencing their food.
Arlington Restaurant Week had 54 participating restaurants this year, breaking last year's record. The full list of participating restaurants and their menus can be found here. Participating restaurants included specials inspired by foods and cultures from all over the world like Lebanese food, Mexican food, Mediterranean food, Thai food, and so much more.
"The Chamber is proud to produce Arlington Restaurant Week as one of the many ways we work on behalf of the restaurant industry," said Kate Bates, President & CEO of the Arlington Chamber of Commerce. "Arlington Restaurant Week showcases the diverse culinary options in our community. We hope that through this program the restaurants gained both increased immediate business as well as exposure to potential long-term customers.”
Unlike most restaurant weeks, Arlington Restaurant Week hosted a wide range of restaurants from fast-casual spots to five-star dining establishments. Restaurants picked their own price point and marketed their menus on the Arlington Restaurant Week website.
