RELIEF, RECOVER & REBUILD
Several weeks ago, with the help of 'Better Together SoAZ Coalition', the Community Foundation started a COVID19 Community Impact Fund . To date, the fund has awarded $22,500 to 'boots on the ground' nonprofit organizations in our community serving vulnerable populations. Those agencies are: Valley Assistance Services, Community Food Banks - Green Valley & Amado Resource Centers, Sahuarita Food Bank and Arivaca Human Resources . We wish to thank, FICO/Green Valley Pecan Company, GVR Foundation, Green Valley Rotary Foundation and all the generous donors - you know who you are! This fund needs your help to grow as the need grows exponentially.

TUBAC RESORT FUND

Tubac Golf Resort & Spa members have generously contributed $17,200 to the Greater Green Valley Community Foundation to support furloughed employees affected by the global pandemic. All proceeds from this fund are allocated to the nonprofit Valley Assistance Services (VAS) for resort employees. So far, they have assisted over 50 households . VAS is calling them weekly to offer comprehensive health care and comfort with access to food, financial assistance, transportation, resources, workforce training and advocacy.
