The California Housing Finance Agency is developing draft program terms for the California Dream For All Loan program and is currently soliciting early feedback from the public and stakeholders to ensure that our program design is informed by various perspectives.

Feedback period 

September 1, 2022, through September 21, 2022 

Background: Senate Bill 197 authorized the California Dream for All Program and laid out general guidelines for the program. The California Housing Finance Agency will provide shared-appreciation loans to low- and moderate-income, first-time homebuyers to assist with down payments and closing costs.

Three options to provide feedback:  

1. Fill out the Dream For All Survey
2. Submit comments by email to feedback@calhfa.ca.gov  
3. Join any one of our virtual public listening sessions below
