EFFECTIVE July 1, 2023: All contractors, suppliers, and vendors who need access to work in the Orange County Convention Center must be identified with the ESCA Badge.
As a follow-up to the previous notices announcing OCCC Partners with ESCA to Implement the ESCA Badge (February 27 and March 6. 2023),the following is additional information that should give those unfamiliar with the program a better understanding of the program and how to register their personnel.
The ESCA Badge is a national Worker Identification & Security Program that allows entry into participating facilities by the workers who have been registered with the Program. The ESCA Badge is a completely web-based program designed so that contractors can order their employee badges online on a 24/7 basis.

Each company approved to work in OCCC will need to register their company and name a person as their Administrator, who will be responsible for registering all of their employees and ordering their ID badges. All full-time, part-time, and/or temporary employees are REQUIRED to display the ESCA Badge and MUST wear it always on the outermost garment to work on-site at all times.
Please ensure that all expired or damaged badges have been renewed and are fully functional. Any exhibition workers without a valid ESCA Badge will not be allowed entry after July 1, 2023.

For your budgeting purposes, the 2023 ESCA WIS BADGE rates are as follows:
Orders received by noon (CT), Monday - Friday will be shipped out same day and orders received after this time will be shipped out the next business day via UPS.
If you have any questions about registering your company, assigning your administrator, renewing expired badges or ordering new ESCA badges, please send an email to wis@esca.org or call 972.777.9282. All emails and calls will be replied to within 24 hours.
