REMINDER: 2023 Real Estate Taxes Due March 31

This is a reminder that 2023 taxes must be paid on or before March 31, 2024 in order to avoid owing deficiencies plus interest, and to avoid dismissal of any pending ad valorem taxes appeals. For those with concluded appeals where a reduction has been obtained, payment is due in full on all non-ad valorem taxes and on the revised ad valorem tax amount. For those with pending appeals, payment in full of all non-ad valorem taxes and of at least 75% of the current ad valorem taxes must be paid in order to avoid automatic denial of the pending appeal. If the appeal is successful and a reduction is obtained, the Tax Collector will issue a refund to the party that paid the taxes.

If you have already paid your taxes, you can disregard this message.
