A few weeks ago, you were invited to take an engagement survey to share how you feel about Idaho State University, and help to identify barriers that may exist and should be addressed.
This is a reminder that the employee engagement survey will close next Wednesday, November 16, at 5 p.m.
The survey takes approximately 5-7 minutes to complete and is anonymous. The following steps have been taken to ensure anonymity:
- The same survey link is used by all respondents
- No contact information is requested or collected
- Any electronic data collected by the Qualtrics survey instrument (date, time, etc.) will be removed and not connected to responses
- All questions are optional

General survey themes and data will be shared with the campus community in early 2023.
It is the University’s desire that the findings of the survey, and the subsequent actions taken, will help more employees feel meaningful engagement and purpose in their work. The survey is intended to be repeated periodically, with a goal to identify areas in which the University is doing well and areas where improvement is needed.
As an additional incentive, by completing the online survey you can enter to win one of three coupons each worth $50 of merchandise from the Idaho State University Bookstore.
