Sophomores & Juniors,


We are excited to be offering the PSAT/NMSQT DIGITALLY for the first time at Marin Catholic on Wednesday, October 11 - National Testing Day. The fee and administration for this exam is covered by Marin Catholic and NO REGISTRATION is required. This is considered a school day for all Sophomores and Juniors and any absences must be emailed into the attendance office at [email protected].

 

PSAT/NMSQT DAY GENERAL DETAILS:

Date: Wednesday, October 11, 2023

Location: Sophomores in Marin Catholic Gym and Juniors in Classrooms

Time: 7:45am - We ask that all sophomores report to the gym and all juniors to the SJPII for check-in. End time is approximately 11am with the exception of students with approved extended time.

 

Exam Day Dress Code: There will be a relaxed Dress Code for students on Testing Day.

Required Items For Test Takers:


The following items are REQUIRED for taking the PSAT/NMSQT:

  1. A pen or pencil for scratch work (it doesn’t have to be a No. 2 pencil).
  2. A FULLY CHARGED, acceptable testing device with Bluebook already downloaded (will be done in class). Acceptable testing devices include the following: Windows laptop or tablet, a Mac laptop, an iPad, or a school-managed Chromebook.   3. Students must bring their login information for their college board account (all students should have one already).
  4. An acceptable calculator—please see psat.org/calculator for full list.
  5. Charger/power cord to charge your testing device.
