You're invited to our  Open House Community Holiday Party on Tuesday, December 10, from 5 pm to 7 pm, where you will have a chance to help North Richmond's Verde Elementary School. 

Let's celebrate another year of working together to improve our communities, with a festive atmosphere and delicious food. 

You can also bring a check or cash donation to benefit the children of Verde Elementary School.  

For the past 21 years, we've sponsored  the Verde Elem entary Toy & Coat Drive.  This year, instead of toys, books will be provided to each student courtesy of West County READS . And instead of coats or school spirit hoodies, we're sponsoring a youth mural project to help beautify the school. (The students are still wearing last year's hoodies thanks to you!) 

Donations (which are tax-deductible) must be received by Tuesday, December 10, in order to assist the students. 

Checks should be made payable to the non-profit "CHDC of North Richmond" c/o 2019 Verde School Drive. 

You can bring your cash or check donations to our Holiday Party on December 10, or mail them or drop them off anytime at my office at  11780 San Pablo Avenue, Suite D, El Cerrito, CA 94530  (Just north of Cutting Blvd).
