Important information for our PG&E customers who have had their energy systems installed after

April 15, 2023.

Customers receive bill credits for excess energy that is exported to the electric grid during times when it is not serving onsite load. The compensation rates for customers who have had solar and battery systems installed after April 15, 2023 have changed. Click here to learn how the Net Billing Tariff (NBT), also known as Net Energy Metering (NEM3), currently works.

Tesla and Enphase Customers:

August is the BEST month to benefit from your energy system!

In California under the new NEM 3.0 program, the best export rate for solar energy in August is during 4-9 pm on weekdays. This period corresponds to the peak demand for electricity on the grid when export compensation is highest, potentially reaching five to ten times the value of off-peak hours.

** Once the settings are correct in your app, the system automatically compensates at these rates.

Heat Pump Installations

Now Available!!

We are adding heat pump and heat pump water heater installations to our services.

Heat pumps:

• provide higher humidity levels in your home compared to gas-heated homes resulting in fewer respiratory and dry skin issues
• can allow use of your solar energy to heat and cool your home so you are comfortable year round
• can efficiently provide comfortable temperatures for your home because they transfer heat rather than generate heat
• reduce your electricity use for heating by up to 75%

Heat Pump Water Heaters:

• can save up to 70% of energy compared to standard electric water heaters.
• are typically three times more efficient than traditional electric water heaters and potentially five times more efficient than natural gas heaters.
• have a longer lifespan (10-15 years) compared to traditional electric water heaters (8-12 years)
• produce fewer greenhouse gas emissions compared to traditional electric or gas water heaters.
• eliminate the risk of carbon monoxide leaks associated with gas water heaters

Meet Goose – Your Gentle Blue-Eyed Gentleman!

Goose is a striking 7-year-old Siamese mix with snowshoe markings, long legs, and soulful blue eyes that will melt your heart. This sweet, mellow boy has been a loyal companion for years, but after his beloved human passed away, life turned upside down.

Goose was no longer thriving in his multi-cat home, so after a long attempt at doing everything to make peace, he ended up back in the care of FieldHaven. Now, he’s searching for a calm, peaceful place to call his own. He’s lived happily with a small dog before and does best with gentle humans (especially the lady kind!).

In his ideal home, Goose would spend his days sunbathing, lounging by your side, and enjoying playtime at his own relaxed pace. He’s healthy, affectionate, and ready to start a new chapter with someone who will cherish him as much as he’ll cherish them.

You can meet Goose now at PetSmart Lincoln — and trust us, one look into those big blue eyes might just steal your heart — or fill out an adoption application to see if he's a fit for you. Goose deserves love. Could you be the one to give it to him?

Goose is a special guy and is currently on a diet! He has been eating prescription food--Dry Hills CD and will need to continue for his health!

Please put in a survey to meet him!

I am currently located at FieldHaven's Shelter and am available by appointment or walk-in

Please contact FieldHaven Feline Center to learn how to adopt these adorable felines.

Is Your Electric

Vehicle Charged?

Start each day with a full charge. Investing in an EV charger will save you time and give you a tax credit this year! Thinking of adding a second EV to your home? Let's talk about electric load and needing a second charger.

Main Electrical Panel

If tripping breakers are a common occurrence, your electrical panel could be damaged. Outdated or overwhelmed electrical panels are the main cause of electrical fires. Your panel may also need to be upgraded to install an EV charger. But no worries, we can help.
