REMINDER: Tuition Reduction Authorization Forms
As the start of the fall semester draws near, the Office of Human Resources would like to provide a friendly reminder to all benefit-eligible employees and supervisors about the deadline for Tuition Reduction Authorization Forms. This is an incredible benefit for all University employees, and more information is available online.
When applying for the Employee/Spouse Tuition Reduction and Dependent Tuition Reduction benefits, the HR Office strongly encourages all employees to have the respective authorization forms completed and submitted two weeks prior to the beginning of the fall semester. However, forms should be submitted to HR no later than the add/drop date of September 3.
We fully understand there are certain situations where late registration is beyond an employee’s control, and we will do our best to accommodate unique situations. However, it is our goal to limit the number of late submissions to ensure paperwork is efficiently and accurately processed.
