The New OEL Provider Portal - Reminder
We are transitioning to the new OEL Provider Portal System to manage the School Readiness (SR) and Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) Programs.   It is mandatory that all providers in Pinellas County register and complete your provider profile by March 9th in order to transition to the new OEL Provider Portal database.

For providers that will be contracting with us for 2018-2019, SR and VPK Contracts will be processed through this new OEL Provider Portal and you must have your Profile approved before you can complete your contract.

In order to register and activate your account, please select this link:
You will need the following:
  1. Taxpayer or Provider ID number
  2.  License/Exemption number, or EXEMPT
  • The system will pre-populate your information and please review to make sure that all the information is correct.  Update and complete your information and select REGISTER to submit
  • Once registration is submitted, ELC is notified to review and activate your account
  • When your account is activated by ELC, you will be notified by email that you may log-in to the OEL Provider Services Portal to complete your provider profile (formerly known as your Annual Provider Update information).

The OEL Provider Portal User Guides can be found on our website at http://elcpinellas.net/ccrr-downloads/

Next select the tab named PROFILE, and then select the button + Create 2018; this will create your new provider profile.  Please begin with the tab named General, completing the information in each tab thereafter; complete and save as you go along.

If you have questions, please call us at 727-400-4411, option 2, then option 1.
