BIOGRAPHIES
Chrystalle H. Anstett, CFA
Managing Director, Co-Head of Private Credit, Eaton Partners

Chrystalle is the Co-Head of Private Credit and has a leadership role in the origination, underwriting and project management of the firm’s credit-related offerings. She works closely with clients on marketing strategy, collateral design and product positioning. She has over 18 years of financial services experience, 16 of which have been spent marketing investment products to institutional investors. Chrystalle is the author and co-author of several articles on raising institutional capital, which have been featured in Absolute Return, Bloomberg Markets and HFM Investor Relations. She is a frequent speaker on capital raising strategy and trends in institutional investing.

Prior to joining Eaton Partners, Chrystalle helped build the business development and investor relations group at QFS Asset Management, a $1.4 billion systematic global macro hedge fund. Previously, she worked for Goldman Sachs Asset Management in the Business Development Services and Fixed Income Product Management groups where she focused on marketing and client servicing. She began her career at Lazard Asset Management in accounting and later joined the institutional marketing group.

Chrystalle graduated cum laude from New York University Stern School of Business, where she received a BS in Economics and International Business and was a Stern Scholar. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds Series 7, 63 and 31 licenses with FINRA.

Colleen Gurda
Senior Vice President, Comvest Partners

Colleen is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing investments for Comvest’s direct lending strategy. Prior to joining Comvest, Colleen spent five years at Alcentra Capital Corporation, a subsidiary of BNY Mellon and provider of subordinated debt and equity capital to middle market companies. Prior to Alcentra, Colleen was in the Healthcare Investment Banking group at Barclays Capital. While at Barclays Capital, Colleen worked on various leveraged finance, M&A, and capital markets financing assignments. Colleen received an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Tready Smith
CEO and Founder, Bayshore Capital Advisors, LLC
 
Tready Smith is the Founder and CEO of Bayshore Capital Advisors (BCA), an investment advisory firm providinginvestment research and global, multi-asset class portfolio solutions for foundations, institutions, family offices, and high net worth individuals. BCA is a woman-owned firmwith offices in London and Tampa. 
 
Tready is responsible for creating and implementing the firm’s strategic vision. She is a member of the investment committee and has spent the last 20 years investing in the full spectrum of global alternative and traditional investments. Tready is also a managing member of ASAP Capital Partners, her family investment office. Prior to that, Tready worked for Deloitte Consulting after graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Business Administration. She is married to Thayer Smith. They have two children and reside in Tampa, Florida.
 
Tready is currently a board member of the UNC College of Arts & Sciences Foundation and the Florida Wildlife Corridor, and has served in a leadership capacity on the boards of the Child Abuse Council, Tampa Museum of Art, Tampa Museum of Art Foundation, and St. Mary’s Episcopal Day School. She is also a member of the Institute for Private Investors, 100 Women in Finance, 2020 Women on Boards, and Florida Family Office Forum. 
 
Tready co-hosted the inaugural 2020 Women on Boards Tampa event in November 2014 with the goal of connecting board-ready women with public companies in Florida.

Richa Tandon
Director, Corporate Credit, Benefit Street Partners

Richa Tandon is a Director in Private Debt with Benefit Street Partners and is based in their New York office. Prior to joining BSP in 2014, Ms. Tandon worked in Private Equity at Trilantic Capital Partners, where she worked on investments in the business services and consumer sectors. Prior to joining Trilantic, Ms. Tandon worked in Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley. Ms. Tandon received a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Accounting and International Business from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Genna Garver
Partner, Dorsey & Whitney LLP

Genna Garver works closely with clients to understand their unique needs and guide them through the complex maze of investment regulation. Genna takes pride in the close personal attention she provides when advising investment management clients in connection with federal and state securities laws, private fund formation and securities offerings. She has extensive experience representing financial institutions in transactional and regulatory matters. She focuses on representing investment advisers, hedge funds and other private investment funds implementing various investment strategies. Genna advises clients on: formation and offering matters for both domestic and offshore funds; SEC and state investment adviser, broker-dealer and private fund regulation; Investment Advisers Act registration and compliance programs; and mock audits and regulatory examinations and investigations.

Genna is a Partner in Dorsey’s Corporate Group and chairs the Investment Management practice.
