REMSA Announces Board Leadership Changes in 2021

For Immediate Release - Washington, DC, October 15, 2020 - The Railway Engineering-Maintenance Suppliers Association (REMSA) announced today that two new Directors were elected to the REMSA Board of Directors at the REMSA Annual Membership Meeting, which took place earlier this week on October 13. The incoming REMSA Directors are: Doug Combs, Vice President of North America, Harsco Rail; and Rob Rosencrans, General Manager, Rail Services - N. America, Holland Company.
 
Combs and Rosencrans will begin their two-year terms on the Board of Directors beginning January 1, 2021.

Doug Combs has 26 years of experience in the railroad industry with Harsco Rail. He has spent the last three years of his career developing and growing Harsco Rail's presence in Asia Pacific. Mr. Combs currently serves as the VP of North America for Harsco Rail. His prior experience at Harsco Rail includes Director of Global Parts and Services, General Manager over North American Operations and Plant Manager. Mr. Combs has a Master's Degree in Business Administration along with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.  
 
Rob Rosencrans has worked in the railroad industry for over 16 years, with a large focus being on the track maintenance and construction supplier side. Mr. Rosencrans' current role at Holland is General Manager, Rail Services - North America, where he oversees the Mobile Welding, Track Maintenance and Construction, Thermite Welding, Laser Welding, Crane Rail, and Fixed Rail Plants with over 700 employees combined across North America. Mr. Rosencrans attended the University of Kentucky, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with an International Business Minor.

REMSA would also like to acknowledge REMSA Director, Allen Goff, Senior Director of Sales, Pandrol, who has served on the Board of Directors since 2018 and whose term will expire at the end of 2020 as well as REMSA Immediate Past President, Bruce Wise, Director of  Business Development, Loram Maintenance of Way, Inc. - Friction Management.
