We are still looking for a Social Media Committee Member for next year. This will help lighten the load of those who are doubling up on responsibilities to make sure we have a RESA Chapter for our area.

Responsibilities will be a simplified version of our previous secretary that include:

• Prepares the agenda for each board meeting and emails it to all board members before the meeting.
• Take board meeting minutes and then email them to the board as well as HQ.
• Maintain all meeting minutes and ensure anyone who needs a copy can have access.
