PARTICIPANT INFORMATION

Greetings!


We are extremely excited for this years Mill Town Half Marathon, 10K and 5K Presented By Mill Town Credit Union. Please make sure to fully read through this email to make the weekend as smooth as possible for yourself, the other runners along with the staff and volunteers. There are some small but big changes to this years event in which you will not want to miss.

The next 10 people who register to volunteer will earn a free SRC race entry of their choice which can also be utilized by someone else ;-)

We highly encourage you to pick up your packet prior to race day to help keep lines short on Sunday. If you’re unable to make it, a friend may pick up your packet on your behalf as long as they have a copy of your ID.


EXCHANGING OF APPAREL WILL ONLY BE DONE AFTER RACE, NOT DURING CHECK IN/DISTRIBUTION.

Transfers

If you would like to transfer from one distance to another feel free to email info@snohomishrunning.com and we can make this change for you.



Can you pick up a friend's packet?

Yes, as long as you have a photo or copy of their identification.


Cancellation policy:

As a reminder, our cancellation policy allows for a 50% credit toward a future race if we are notified at least 7 days in advance. Since we are now within race week, we are unfortunately past that window. We appreciate your understanding as race expenses are finalized in advance.



2026 MILL TOWN MARATHON Parking


IMPORTANT: 


Parking at the Port of Everett is now paid parking. A special event parking rate of $5 (plus taxes and fees, totaling $6.34) will be in effect for this event..

If you forget to purchase a parking pass before race morning, then a parking attendant will show you where to pay after parking. To save on time, purchase your pass before race day.

 


Passes are attached to license plate numbers. If you want to change which vehicle the pass is attached to OR if you get a citation, please email portparking@lazparking.com.

 


Please review the parking lot locations via this link. 

Please arrive early. There will be plenty of parking, but with over 600 cars coming to the same spot, patience will be needed. There will likely be a line of cars to turn onto either 10th St. or 13th Street. 


IMPORTANT



We have both a new start line and finish line for this years event. Please DO NOT JUST DRIVE TO THE START LINE. Please utilize the link above to view the available parking lots. Please DO NOT park in the Muse or Box Car Park Parking Lots.



Directions to the Port of Everett


Heading North on I-5 (coming from south of Everett)

Take Pacific Ave./WA-529, Exit #193 toward City Center

Turn left onto Pacific Ave.

Turn right onto W Marine View Drive

Turn left onto 13th Street.


Heading South on I-5 (coming from north of Everett)

Merge onto WA-529 S, Exit #198 toward N. Broadway/Port of Everett

Turn slight right onto ramp

Keep right at the fork in the ramp

Keep left at the fork to go E Marine View Dr./WA-529 S

Turn right onto 10th St.


IMPORTANT: We will be shutting down the Northbound Lanes of Marine View Drive at 18th St. starting at 7:30 am. If you are running late and will arrive after 7:30 am, then you will not be able to make it to the race via Northbound Marine View Drive and will need to detour to Southbound Marine View Drive as if you were arriving from the North.

Day of Race Schedule


5:00 am – Parking Lots Open – Please arrive early!


6:30 am – Registration, Packet Pickup, Gear Check 

in Open. These will be at the start line.

 

7:30 AM - 13th Street and Craftsman Way Close 

(Enter via 10th after this time.)

 

7:45 am – Roads to the Start and Finish Lines Close


If you are not in the parking by 7:45, you will not be allowed entrance to parking lots and will need to find alternative parking.


7:45am - Mandatory Pre-Race Announcements

 

7:55 AM - 5K runners start


8:00 am – 10k and Half marathoners start


9:00am - 5k Awards - Top 3 Male & Top 3 Overall Female


9:30 am – 10K Awards - Top 3 Male & Top 3 Overall Female


10:15 am – Half Marathon Awards - Top 3 Male & Top 3 Overall Female


11:30 AM – Course will be closed



Gear Check


Gear Check will be available. Participants must bring their own bag. You will be given a Gear Check tag on which you will write your race number and attached it to your bag. You will need your race number to claim your bag after the race.

Awards


We will have awards for the Top 3 overall male and female for all distances along with the the top 3 in each age group. We will not be announcing the age group winners. Age group winners can pickup their award at the SRC tent starting at 9:00AM for the 5K and 9:30AM for the 10k and 10:15am for the half marathon.
