AHFA/ ServiSolutions is retracting information from the October 19, 2023, lender notice regarding IRS Form 4506-C and conventional closed loan packages submitted for purchase review.  

There will no longer be the option of a $55 fee in lieu of a completed/ executed 4506-C form with our pre-filled information and to accommodate those lenders that may typically choose this option, this will be fully effective beginning with closed loan packages received on February 1, 2023. Please make any necessary changes to your closed loan procedures to include our form. 

As a reminder, the form is also located on our AllRegs page, AllRegs Online, under the “Housing Finance Agency Programs” tab located on the left-hand side of the page. When selected, additional tabs will open reflecting the applicable state which contain subtabs. The form is found under the “ServiSolutions Documents for the HFA” subtab. 

Alternatively, lenders may use their own form with our vendor’s information in section 5 of the form.
