News & Updates

SDSCPA Student/Staff Professional Summer Work

We are so proud of our current and former students for their professional work as performers over the past few months and for the shows still running now!

At The North Coast Repertory Theatre, in their production of PIPPIN, two teachers worked alongside current student Spencer Kearns and former graduate, Brendan Dallaire. This was a great experience for our students to see our teachers practice what they preach!

Our new partnership with TEATRO SAN DIEGO lead to four of our students being cast in their production of WEST SIDE STORY. They had a professional experience and they performed the original choreography by Jerome Robbins. What a feat!

Current student Lucy Santos is performing in EVITA at Cygnet theatre which runs through Oct 1.

Recent Graduate, Giovanny Diaz de Leon is featured in THE UNTITLED, UNAUTHORIZED HUNTER S. THOMPSON MUSICAL at the La Jolla Playhouse which runs through mid October.

Let's celebrate the achievements of our students in their professionalism and artistry!
