Design Guidelines Community Input Meeting

Comments Requested: As discussed at recent Annual Meetings, the Board of Directors has been working with our Covenants Committee, Landscape Architect, on-site management and Legal, on a comprehensive update to our Design Guidelines (aka: Unified Standards) for exterior modifications. The final draft of the updated Design Guidelines is now complete and the Board of Directors is seeking your comments or suggestions on the final draft, prior to adoption and implementation targeted for May 1, 2021.
