NEW ENGLAND CHAPTER MEETING

MAISON de CAMPAGNE

We’re honored to have Luis Santiago and Mitchell Bage of the award-winning Maison de Campagne join us for an inspiring session on expanding your staging business into the growing short-term and mid-term rental market:

"Elevate Your Staging Business: Mastering Short-Term & Mid-Term Rental Outfitting"

The short-term rental (STR) industry is booming—and as stagers, we’re uniquely positioned to lead the way. Together, we’ll explore how to design stylish, durable interiors that photograph beautifully, attract guests, and generate consistent revenue.

✨ In This Session, We’ll Cover:

  • How staging for rent differs from staging for sale
  • Designing spaces that balance beauty, comfort, and function
  • Managing budgets, inventory, and logistics efficiently
  • Building partnerships and marketing outfitting services to agents, investors, and property owners

Through real-world examples and lessons learned, Luis and Mitchell will share strategies to help us diversify, grow, and elevate our businesses in this exciting new sector.

Hello, Chapter Members!

As we step into November, the weather has stayed beautifully temperate and the leaves are just beginning to show their colors — the perfect backdrop for a busy and inspiring season ahead!

A big thank-you to Chapter Affiliate Laura Smen for hosting us for the October meeting at the Manchester, NH Sherwin-Williams plant, and leading such an engaging session. We had a great time exploring color, flooring, trends, and more — and we’re so grateful for Laura’s expertise and enthusiasm. Thanks also to everyone who joined in and made the conversation so lively and insightful!

This month, we’re honored to welcome Luis and Mitchell as they share how stagers can expand into the booming short-term and mid-term rental market. You’ll learn how to design spaces that attract guests, photograph beautifully, and generate steady income — along with strategies for managing logistics, budgets, and partnerships.

We can’t wait to see you there and continue learning and growing together as a chapter!

Please register by November 5th.
