Dear PGA WEST Residential Association Homeowners,

We want to thank all homeowners for their participation with the “On-Demand” Pool and Spa heating program for 2025. The Board of Directors, Pool Committee, and Management appreciate your engagement and cooperation as we work toward providing a sustainable and enjoyable experience for all.

When the “On-Demand” program was introduced, it was noted that if the demand for heated pools exceeds the allocated budget, adjustments may be necessary to stay within budgetary constraints.

Unfortunately, the procurement cost via SoCal Gas experienced an increase, which has resulted in the Association being over budget in natural gas cost. In accordance with the Association’s On-Demand guidelines, it is necessary to reduce the number of pools being heated at this time.

The following pools will not be heated for the next thirty days. Management and the Board will continue to monitor the cost of natural gas.

STADIUM SIDE:

Pool 29A at 54-421 Inverness

Pool 27A at 54-729 Inverness

Pool 10A at 80-575 Oak Tree

Pool 8A at 54-092 Oak Tree

Pool 1A at 55-150 Oak Tree

PALMER SIDE:

Pool 4A at 54-493 Oak Hill.

Please note, at this time the spas at the above locations will continue to be heated.

These pools have been selected based on their proximity to other pool areas that will continue to remain heated. Below is a list of alternate pools for your convenience:

STADIUM SIDE:

In lieu of Pool 29A, you may utilize Pool 11A at 80-725 Oak Tree, or Pool 25B at 54-608 Inverness

In lieu of Pool 27A, you may utilize Pool 25B at 54-608 Inverness or Pool 23B at 54-791 Inverness

In lieu of Pool 10A, you may utilize Pool 11A at 80-725 Oak Tree, or Pool 9A at 80-459 Oak Tree

In lieu of Pool 8A, you may utilize Pool 9A at 80-459 Oak Tree, or Pool 7A at 54-290 Oak Tree

In lieu of Pool 1A, you may utilize Pool 2A at 54-730 Oak Tree or Pool 3B at 55-470 Oak Tree

PALMER SIDE:

In lieu of Pool 4A, you may utilize Pool 5A at 54-145 Oak Hill or Pool 3A at 54-889 Oak Hill



We recognize this may be inconvenient for some residents, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to manage resources effectively. We will continue to monitor the natural gas usage and adjust as necessary to stay within budget.
