REWARDS Secondary

REWARDS® Secondary introduces students to a unique multisyllabic word reading strategy. This strategy, developed by Dr. Anita Archer, has been proven effective in helping students to:

Break words into manageable, decodable chunks
Read long words in content area text books
Increase oral and silent reading fluency
Improve comprehension as decoding and fluency increase

Fee

$20.00 for all participants which includes lunch and materials.

August 3 or upon meeting session capacity, whichever occurs first.

Registration is completed through our online registration system which requires a user account. If you have never registered for an event in our system, first create a user account.

Once you have created a user account, or if you already have one, you may register for the training event.

Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing important event information. Please read it carefully. If you do not receive a confirmation email contact the Event Contact.

Event Cancellation : MiMTSS TA Center may cancel any training that does not have at least 10 people registered. In this case, we would refund the registration fee, if any, to the participant or his/her employer.

*Physical attendance is required to receive the training materials.
