Our homes sales are out pacing our listings, leaving us with less than one month of inventory on the market and a great deal of home buyers searching for a home.

This doesn't mean that there are no homes to buy but there are important things to remember no matter what side of the fence you are on.

Home Buyers - You need a plan. A well developed, easily executed plan to find a home. You deserve that.

Home Sellers - You need to get an updated value on your home, ESPECIALLY if you have been thinking of selling.
