The City of Pacifica (“City”) invites you to respond to the City’s Request for Qualifications / Proposals (RFP/Q) for an opportunity to develop a ~3.1 acre property located at 2212 Beach Blvd (“Site”).
As a City-owned, oceanfront development opportunity adjacent to established shops, restaurants, and major public amenities (including beach and coastal trail access points, the Pacifica pier, and the Sharp Park Golf Course), the Site is well positioned to support a new high-quality hotel mixed/blended use project.
The City is seeking proposals that expand Pacifica’s lodging, gathering, retail, and dining offerings, reinforce Pacifica’s identity as a coastal destination, and deliver measurable community benefits through thoughtful site planning, high-quality architecture, and public space integration.
